Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- Graham crackers or fruit for dipping
