Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons rosewater start with 1 tsp and add more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • Optional: A few drops of pink or red food coloring for a subtle tint
  • Optional garnish: Extra chopped pistachios dried rose petals

Instructions
 

  • Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, rosewater, and vanilla extract into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula until just combined. If using food coloring, add a few drops now and gently swirl.
  • Add Pistachios: Fold in the roughly chopped pistachios.
  • Freeze: Pour the mixture into your freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap (pressing it onto the surface of the ice cream to prevent ice crystals) and then the lid. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  • Serve: Scoop and enjoy your dreamy Rose & Pistachio No-Churn Ice Cream with Vanilla! Garnish with extra chopped pistachios or dried rose petals, if desired.
