  • Prepare Strawberries: In a blender or food processor, puree the sliced strawberries until smooth. Set aside a few pieces for garnish if desired.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the strawberry puree until well combined.
  • Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Freeze: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
